Tiffany/Duncan comment: Tiffany 1910 just has this entry but there were many ornamental windows in the church, at least some of which were by Tiffany Studios, and possibly John Wanamaker organised those windows with the company and it was just his name that was recorded [TIFF1910, DUNC1980, RDS2022, DEDUCED]
