One of the first completed of eight blocks containing 39 townhouses and in total 245 rooms, built to the Passivhaus standard. Although St John's owns the site, when opened, they sublet the buildings to other colleges. The site was once known as Grange Farm, and was part of the St John's agricultural estate.
