This student accommodation replaced an office block. This street-facing side is the most pleasing, with nice patterned brick. The accommodation extends far backwards and the buildings at the back have a jarring combination of differing brick colours.
St Edmund's College leases the block and in turn sub-leases some of the accommodation to other colleges.
