This is one of three identical residential blocks, with a fourth nearly identical block with an extra storey, all lying in a row. These are part of the CB1 development right next to the train station. Given the location, these flats are aimed at London commuters. The only garden ("park") space is a communal lawn area on the one side, as seen in the photo.
