A typical selection of housing in the second phase of the Arbury Park development (originally called Arbury Camp). Here the balconies and especially the roof terrace provide the main architectural interest.
Later in 2008 the development was renamed Orchard Park, after the school.
In 2008-2009 a hotel was added behind and to the left of this block.
