Bidwells manages much commercial property in the city, including the Trinity College Science Park.
In the 1980s they opened up a second office nearby.
The village sign, at the left in the photo, and dating from 1987, was replaced with a new sign on 15 June 2010.
The building underwent a major refurbishment in 2017-2018, including the addition of a large extension at the back.
In 2021 they opened a new second office.
