A large end terrace house, located on Trumpington Road, with a splendid view south over common land, and surrounded by a suitably high wall. This is one of six houses in the terrace, but different in date and style and partly separated by an archway from the rest, and with a much bigger garden.
In 2007 this went on the market for an asking price of 2.5 million pounds (around 3.5 million Euros).
In 2010 the site was boarded up at the front, for a major refurbishment and with a large extension planned, including a swimming pool, designed by Samskara.
In the second half of 2012 the house was completely dismantled.
The house was finally reconstructed in the autumn of 2014. The surrounding brick wall was also largely dismantled and reconstructed.
At the same time, a large extension was added at the back of the house (to the left in the photo).
