One of the first of the new residential buildings (the Accordia development) built on the old government office site. The style is spartan on this, the street side. The other side backs onto an open field.
The Accordia development (as a whole) was awarded the RIBA Stirling prize for 2008 (this is the top annual UK architecture prize).
