Clifton Road: Rustat House (was Camtec Centre)
This was the first major commercial building by Cambridge Design,
hiding down at the end of a road dominated by light industrial
buildings. This was originally going to be occupied by Clive
Sinclair but he never moved in.
Heffers
then occupied it until 2000. After that it was split into three
buildings and occupied by multiple tenants (it was designed so
that this could happen).
