An apartment block with only nine flats (but with a total price tag of around 4 million pounds, i.e. around 6 million euros), so at a smaller scale but similar in flavour to previous apartment buildings by the architect in Cambridge. The building is prestigious enough but is unfortunately located on the same site as some less prestigious flats.
