Covent Garden: 15A and 15B
These were built on part of the car park of the office of
the architects, indicative of what is allowed under the
current planning regulations. As can be seen, to squeeze
as much as possible into the allocated space, while maintaining
frontage consistent with the rest of the street, the two houses
are two stories in front and three behind. Given the small space,
this is about as good as could have been achieved.
