One of three similar blocks of graduate accomodation, hiding away from the main part of the college behind the older graduate accomodation. The style is supposed to reflect a transition between the 1960s heritage of the college and the nearby Arts and Craft houses, and a modern interpretation of a motif for the latter is seen in the orange tiles overlapping the windows.
