The first part of the re-development of the old cattle market site,
after over twenty years of wrangling in the usual Cambridge fashion.
The same architect added some new flats, visible at the left,
and later on a
leisure centre
and a
hotel
were also added.
Cheffins is an estate agent (located in the office at the front,
having moved here from Regent Street) and auctioneer (located
behind, previously located on this site in a ramshackle building).
