Based on a kit and built from wood imported from America, and situated on one of the largest plots in Cambridge, this is one of the few recent houses in the city which is out of the ordinary. It is connected to a separate Japanese-style dwelling by a bridge over a small pond.
Although the official address for the house is on Millington Road, the only vehicular access is from King's Road.
