Date photograph taken: 20 September 2000
Date built: 1555-1557

This is the approximate location of the rooms of Isaac Newton, easily Trinity's and Cambridge's most famous resident ever. The building has been substantially altered since Newton's day, and what was once a garden is now only lawn.

In the background Great Gate is at the left and the chapel is at the right.
