A fine old building, perhaps best known for the garden bed at the front which is always full of flowers and by itself is a reason for passing through the college when walking from Garrett Hostel Lane to the city centre. The odd-looking door halfway up the building might have been the end point of an elevated walkway connecting the library to the Master's Lodge.
