One of the better office blocks in central Cambridge, and one of the best examples of buildings from its era in the city. This replaced a beautiful Edwardian building and in turn was demolished in early 2005 as part of the re-development of the area as a 'Grand Arcade'. This part of the 'Grand Arcade' was occupied by a John Lewis store.
