Regent Street: Regent Hotel, 41
The buildings along the Regent Street side of Parker's Piece
are not that exciting on the whole, these are two of the better
ones. The building
on the right is fairly new. The organisation which became
Newnham College started out life in the older building on the left.
The older building was completely gutted by a fire on the night
of 15 January 2003. The hotel opened again in June 2004.
