This is one of the first office blocks built on the southeast side of Milton Road, across from the Trinity College Science Park. It is a fairly standard late twentieth century office block, with a tall glass entrance lobby. Taylor Vinters, a firm of Cambridge solicitors, rents a large part of the building.
