One possible development of one small part of the Emmanuel Road (Kite) area, the existing neighbourhood being considered to be sub-standard in 1950. Needless to say none of this development ever happened, and in the 1980s and 1990s rich people moved into the area so the sub-standard housing suddenly became desirable.
